Good flexibility for a sales position. Freedom to sell to customers that are proactive about finding a good company to work with. Good marketing to keep sales person in front of customer. No door knocking. Open to suggestions and works to get things fixed and working efficiently.

Less efficient than would like

Determined to be the best at the services that are provided, and they are getting there quickly! Very knowledgeable people with lots of experience handling different and difficult situations. The owner is very proud of the company brand and the companies presence in the marketplace, this pride also reflects in the employees, all the way from the sales staff to the production department. Everyone believes they are the best at what they do, simply because they ARE the best at what they do. They continue to educate and inform not only themselves, but their office staff and customers all at the same time. Everyone in the company wears many hats, and where one person might stumble, someone will be there to pick them up and help them get through it.

Lack of systems or a process map has lead to some miscommunication between departments.
