Pros
*Easy job to do - you can't get much more basic than picking and packing clothing items *Decent benefits and 65% off retail price of their clothes, which are good quality *The majority of the employees are super nice to work with and will help each other out
Cons
*The warehouse Operations Manager - literally the worst person I've ever worked with. Several of my teammates and myself quit because he would play favorites, letting some really lazy workers get away with standing around or hiding in the bathroom, while those of us who picked up the slack would get yelled at if we stopped to ask a coworker for help finding something, which was very demoralizing. He often lied to staff about being allowed to go home early once all orders are picked, then finding excuses to not follow through when they were done. He'll say "safety first" at every meeting, but is so unaware himself that he has stood underneath loaded forklifts at height multiple times. He will cut corners on safety assessments and lie to inspectors because he thinks he doesn't have to follow their regulations.
