It is always hard to read feedback as you have provided. As an organization, we empower our employees to reach out to multiple leaders who can help resolve concerns such as you have provided. There are several layers within our entire organization to support that. If an employee does not feel their voice is being heard, they can reach out to an employee hotline, directly with our Human Resource team and the Regional Director for their community. There are e-mails, phone numbers and regular, personal visits to the community by the regional that are provided to team members so they can have different avenues for communication. We are sorry you did not feel you could reach out to the different areas for additional support to resolve your concerns. Furthermore, to be very clear, we never ask any of our team members to lie under any circumstance. We take appropriate actions for team members who are not honest in their words or actions.
