I've been really impressed with how Storyblok supports employees and recognizes their work. The work-life balance was strong, and the off-site meetings were great. I also appreciated the team, the access to useful technology, and the opportunity to work with smart people who cared about doing good work.

There were a lot of changes in management, which led to frequent changes in goals, priorities, and direction. When I was let go, I was not given a clear reason why or asked for feedback about my experience. That felt very heartless, especially because there was so much heart in the culture while you were there as an employee.
