Appalling company that don’t pay their staff - Bar Staff Stout & Stone Inns Employee Review

Changed pay dates without telling anyone, they gave a couple hours notice and all the staff now have to wait another week to get paid and even then every period someone complains they ain't got everything they owed. Treat staff like garbage, can't be bothered to listen and continue to put staff and the public at risk with there total lack of responsibility. No diary, no checks. Worked at this particular venue for years no problem, 3 months with these guys and I'm looking for another job. It's the ones that still work for these I feel sorry for. Don't tell these guys where your going though because, despite the law they will ring up and tell them not to hire you. They operate without the necessary information or paperwork and continue to get away with stealing and lying to there employees. don't expect to be paid what your owed or at all because they seem to just wing that as well as a everything else. Judging by other comments and reviews from others, it's no secret you rip off your employees. Disgusting. Il make sure everyone knows this company isn't to be trusted. All these actions have been reported and recorded. Hopefully they'll pay for all the money they've stolen of all the unfortunate, hard working people they've taken advantage of already, just trying to make a living without being slandered or robbed isn't too much to ask? So yeah, avoid this company if you've any self respect or common sense. Unless you like being treated like garbage and getting paid 1/3 of what you've worked.

our door staff were amazing

OMG i think im still in shock, stout and stone don’t give you no stock, get rid of you because they don’t pay their employees and we have to pay our employees from our own money. Then they replace you to do the same thing to them.
