360 evaluation, managers are not evaluated correctly. Rude, bad manners, constantly pressing on colleagues. Unsuitable. HR cares only about cutting hours, left a 2-stories store run with 2 to 3 employees. Zero training on the job. New members of the team were thrown into a new environment with zero knowledge and then get yelled at for being ''too slow''.
