      Pros

      It has been a great experience working with the Firm. Everyone has been very helpful answering questions and assisting with everything. Definitely learn on the fly and very quickly and have to be willing to hit the ground running. People are very friendly.

      Cons

      I would like to be able to have a trainer but I understand when you are replacing a person who has already left that is why it is difficult. However, everyone has been very helpful and resourceful by providing training materials, email archives to reference, and answering questions.
