Pros

One of the pros of this job was that the work place was very laid back i.e. casual Fridays, random whopper Wednesdays. I worked with people my age (20) so I was more comfortable. Another Pro was that their scheduling is very flexible. This is the most flexible job I have every had. You basically make your own schedule during the week. If you cannot make it to your shift you can call in and make up the hours anytime before the pay period is over.

Cons

There were lots of cons to this job. In my campaign, I was calling Charter existing customers and trying to sell them additional services. The training was overwhelming because you have to know everything about what you are selling and how to sell it. But after working there a month or so you should get the hang of it. The job was very boring, most of the people hang up on you within the first 15 seconds. I found myself making about 700 calls a day, which seems like a lot but its not considering I only usually speak to about 70 or those customers.
