Very good pay and plenty of interesting work. You are compensated for work past 40 hrs a week even if you are salaried. If you are motivated by money, you can work a lot extra and get paid for all your hours.

It is always super busy, sometimes it is overwhelming.

I’ve worked for great leaders before and the people at the top in the Strand Cincinnati office are world class. The culture/ team mentality that they’ve established is the best I’ve yet had the privilege to be a part of. Because of this it also doesn’t just end there… the individual Transportation, Municipal and Wastewater discipline leads are all amazing/ uniquely talented individuals who have been an absolute joy to work for thus far. The Sales team in Cincy is particularly strong as well. Our numbers are through the roof and the company as whole is expanding. Pay is competitive. Benefits/ Stock options are elite. If you’re going to come ready to play, this is an incredible place to work. Strand changed my life. Cannot recommend enough.
