Free food, my co workers

Lack of business means lack of hours. I’m a worker and a hard worker at that. I want to work and need to work because I have adult bills to pay for including a house. I’m willing to go above and beyond for my employer. Some companies don’t want to take that chance because it’s more money to spend which I understand. It’s a fun job but I’m not sure how I feel about the actual company.
