Stratabeat is an ego-free culture filled with passionate marketing professionals. We're always looking for ways to improve our services, better serve our clients, and become a stronger agency. New ideas are encouraged and we have a very collaborative environment. We have weekly training sessions, and knowledge is constantly being shared throughout our team. Working at Stratabeat is very different from other agencies I've worked at where upper management actually cares about the happiness of its employees. There is a great work life balance, and taking time off as needed is encouraged.
