Pros
Pretty busy and the work culture can be nice and close knit at times. The only team that is functional and has a great dynamic are their developers.
Cons
One word, NEPOTISM. Half the people hired at the company are here because they went to Church or the same elementary/high school with someone in or around leadership. There’s a complete lack in support for projects when it becomes busy because half the team isn’t qualified for their positions. On the outside the work culture might seem fun and close knit but on the inside, once you’re an established employee, you’ll find that there’s issues bordering both mental and sexual harassment, discrimination and sexism. As for growth opportunities, there are none. Yes, you can take on more work and responsibilities but you will never see that reflected in a promotion or pay raise. Which honestly wouldn’t be asking much since the salaries are well below the market average.
