Offices are beautiful, and the company has a family atmosphere where everyone is respected and an important contributor. Comp and bonus structure is typically higher than average market pays.

Many people work from home, so on certain days of the week the office is almost too quiet. Also, work load can be un-even during the year... some weeks or months are quiet and others are overloaded with projects.
