There are none. Upper management is poor. People in operations work very hard, long hours and under double standards.

his company is top heavy with no growth and no awareness of their own market. There are people here who work hard but are not recognized. These people are (or were) the best assets the company has or had. Top management has no understanding of the current business. Leadership is poor. Profit sharing bonuses promised and not delivered. A frustrating and cold working environment overall.
