- No Human Resource Management Team - Worst working environment - Only concern about primary calls. No exposure on secondary research. - No secondary research tools - No proper performance evaluation policy. All it depends how you buttering your seniors - Getting long leave is very difficult. You have to fight for getting long leaves. If you ask for a one or two weeks leave in a year, the top management reacts in such a way that you might have asked a Kidney from them rather than asking for leave. - Some of the top management people ask their juniors to draft email for clients - No extra curriculum activities, Work and only work. - Very much concern about cost cutting. You will get tea only for two times - Very high attrition rate - There are some old employees sitting at the top of the management who don't want/dare to ask for any change or update in the old system. - If you leave at 11 pm or 1 am of the morning, you have to reach office by 9.30 or 9.45 pm. No timing flexibility - Some managers simply ask their team mates to sit late at night and ask for come of holidays. They don't know time management and simply want to waste their personal time.
