Pros
+ Fun going into work every morning for the team meetings
+ You learn a lot about sales
+ Really supportive teammates
Cons
- Extremely long hours, almost always 11-12 hour days, the bulk of which are spent off-site.
- You will put a lot of wear and tear on your car. Expenses are NOT reimbursed. Since this job is commission-based door-to-door sales, you have to really fight to make sales, and there will be many days when you make no money at all.
- The majority of people who work here either live with their parents or with roommates. They are happy to make $100 per day, but honestly, I made more than that by waiting tables.
- Extremely high churn rate. As a result, they do all they can to bring as many applicants through the door because they know only a fraction will stick around (law of averages). If you're not available for an interview, they will make up something about how tomorrow is the last day they're doing interviews, which is not true.
- When you are being recruited, they are intentionally vague about certain things such as what to expect on the 2nd interview, how much you get paid during training, etc.
- No support once you decide to quit. They never answered my messages inquiring about my W2, nor did they ever acknowledge my change of address.
