It's sales so you are going to have your tough days but they're always there to pick you back up. 2. Great leadership: You learn a ton from your mentors about the industry and how to become a better salesperson along with general knowledge you can carry outside the office. They are always willing to make time to listen throughout their busy day 3. Money-you can make A LOT of money (should have ranked this #1) 4. Opportunity-you have real shot at advancing your career here. I have seen many people get promoted or move to new roles as the company has grown.

1. Communication could be better between all the departments. Growing pains of a growing company. 2. Every month you start back at zero. High pressure and stressful especially on those tough days. That’s any sales job really though.
