None really, loved the office and people.

Very rarely are there pros working here. My experience at this company was overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to the toxic management culture that permeated every aspect of the workplace. The leadership failed to foster a supportive and respectful environment, leading to a lack of trust and communication among employees.

There was little to no recognition for hard work, and when there was, it often was a ploy for an alternative motive. Constructive feedback was often replaced with criticism, creating a demoralizing atmosphere. Additionally, the management's disregard for employee well-being resulted in high turnover rates and a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction. Despite the potential for growth and success, the toxic culture stifled any positive aspects of the job. Unfortunately, I found no pros to working here, as the detrimental impact of management overshadowed any potential benefits.
