Pros
Job performance is rewarded. High standards, always trying to improve. Growing quickly due to those standards and innovative thinking. I have never seen a company that takes better care of its employees, I’ve seen it firsthand, and I’ve been a recipient.
Cons
This isn’t a place to work if you’re only interested in collecting a paycheck. It requires commitment and the ability to find solutions. If you see that as a negative, don’t apply.
