Pros
Company vehicle, gas card, some flexibility in work schedule, pay is not terrible but could be way better.
Cons
Sneaky, upper management is always out for themselves only, don't expect upper management to know anything about the current job as is, trying to talk to anyone in a key position like payroll or HR is like pulling teeth, long days and over stacked routes and stops.
