The company culture here is incredible. In my experience it is rare to find a small company feel in the defense industry. Remote flexibility is a huge plus for me. Leadership truly cares for its employees and goes out of its way to recognize individuals and celebrate team accomplishments. I have never felt like a number at this company. There are always new and exciting initiatives/projects in the pipeline. Employees are given a high level of trust and responsibility. Performance is judged on work output, not things like office politics, years of experience, etc. STC is the place to be for MBSE.
