      Excellent pay for entry level position

      Cons

      Poor management..no communication between managers and lots of gossip. Saw 2 people come and go for the same position in less than 2months due to poor management

      - I loved the work I was doing (Job Corps) - I loved the team I worked with - Role was challenging

      - CEO and staff he is hiring is beyond incompetent... it's embarrassing - Shady business behaviors - CEO said he put "people first" while also having the worst health care benefits and constantly laying people off for no reason besides saving a dollar
