The location of corporate office is decent

Leadership is clueless about running a business and does not care about the people that work in the organization. Leadership paints a pretty picture of the organization and makes promises during the interview process to get you in the company. Once you get there its all lies and a hot mess and you receive zero support or guidance. Leadership has zero self awareness and comes across very arrogant. Leadership and managerial skills are subpar in this company. Stay far away from this place.

I have been with SAMS for nearly 3 years and I have to say that this is one of the best small businesses out there. Since I have been with SAMS, at my sight there has been NO turnover which says a lot! When it comes to the government contracting world it can be extremely challenging and competitive. If you compare SAMS to other similar companies in the same industry, in my opinion they stand above the rest. They take care of their employees, management is always willing to take time for any employee who asks. Some people out there will never be satisfied no matter how good they have it so all they do is complain because they believe everything needs to be about them. I have worked for other government contract companies and SAMS employees have it far better than others! Being a smaller company they truly know each of the employees and show they have our best interests at heart. Totally recommend anyone who is a dedicated loyal person to look for employment opportunities with SAMS and if you are a company or organization looking for dedicated hardworking employees, I HIGHLY recommend SAMS who maintains diverse in all types of contracts and work!
