Pros

Great company culture. Very open-door policy by management. CEO is very open about a lot of the business moves we make and our finances. Support from management is pretty consistent. Work with a lot of cool people on a lot of cool projects.

Cons

Employee turnover interferes with quality of projects, but I hope some of that will be marginalized in the future. CEO is a little off with treatment of employees sometimes.. people notice.

Company that iterates quickly based on internal feedback and client needs.

Cons

it takes a very specific, high-achieving individual to succeed long-term here

Pros

Work/life balance - only after you get to know how to hit the 34 hours a week target. Paid phone plan. It was awesome till the company moved to Chicago.

Cons

The leadership only consists of the CEO's minions. His minions can talk and say anything they want in company meetings, throw abuses at each other, but if somebody who isnt in his circle does it, booom.. you are fired!!! Team building events are once a year and they mainly focus on the CEO self gloating and saying how HE has sold the company to a bigger company!!! kudos to that. When you want to put in your papers then either get out without notice or make sure you leave saying how much you love stratigent but have to leave because of ____(fill blanks with some personal problem) if you give negative feedback to their face, then be sure to be fired. They moved to Chicago citing location is great fro business. But the move to Chicago was only to make the travel easier for the CEO and his minions. There was no travel allowance for employees coming from the suburbs and the salary remained the same. Employees have to pay for the training they need to get the job done. They want to get into mobile analytics, but are not ready to invest in their own resources.
