Commission Based Pay - Loan Officer Stratton Equities Employee Review

I’ve been working for Stratton for over a year now and I wouldn’t be able to recognize myself. My skills as a mortgage loan officer grew exponentially. With their open door policy and support from upper management, you aren't alone. Thankfully, I have been able to grow and develop my skills beyond anything I would have dreamed of. I highly recommend working for Stratton Equities.

Honestly, I can't think of anything. I wish I was working here longer and avoided some of my other jobs!

Extensive training with patient management - they really take the time to walk you through each step, their unique process and are always available to answer questions. The management team is very hands-on and I truly appreciate the open door policy - I always feel that I'm part of the team. They also have a significant amount of loans to process and the loan officers are wonderful to work with.

Lots of loans to process - long hours, but the payoff is definitely worth it!
