I’ve been working for Stratton for over a year now and I wouldn’t be able to recognize myself. My skills as a mortgage loan officer grew exponentially. With their open door policy and support from upper management, you aren't alone. Thankfully, I have been able to grow and develop my skills beyond anything I would have dreamed of.
