Pros

Excellent culture, a good company started by good people who hire good people. Amazing advancement opportunity for hard workers with the right mindset. This company is on its way up and WILL continue to rise. Even if this isn't the job for you, you will learn so much in a very short time while making good money. Good support when starting out, never feel like you're alone or over your head.

Cons

It's a lot of hard work: Expect 55+ hour weeks almost entirely on your feet -- more if you want to advance quickly (and you do). No benefits, though if you do well you'll make enough that it doesn't matter. It is a sales job, so if you can't enjoy talking to strangers, you're going to have a rough time.

Pros

I have only been working here for a short period of time, but in this time I have met amazing people who truly want to see each other succeed. They care how their day is going. This company goes the extra mile to reach their customers/clients EVERYDAY. Yes, this job can be considered hard to some but its not, its a challenge within yourself, If you have a strong worth ethic, if you love to see people grow, if you love people this is the job for you.

Cons

No cons. If you can't handle a little growth or want to be at a stand still than this isn't the job for you.

Pros

There are some nice people working here.

Cons

This is a door-to-door Sales job selling internet. When you interview your told that the Sales portion will only be temporary and that they want you to move into management ASAP but there were people working there 1+years and were still in sales positions. You are paid Commission ONLY, no base pay. Please beware. If you DO NOT finish training you will NOT Be paid. I worked 150+ hours over 3 weeks and decided doing door to door sales was not for me, quit, and will not be receiving any type of pay for my time. Was told I wont get paid because I "did not have perfect attendance", but the one day I did not work, the manager let me have off to travel and see family graduate from college. Overall I just feel very slighted and like I was stolen from and do NOT want to see others falling into this trap. Shady company whose sales reps will do anything to get a sale, includes lying about price/speeds on internet.
