Pros
There are a lot of smart people at Stravito and it’s a great place to work. The people really make the organization. We have a very collaborative culture. Working at Stravito feels empowering and there are lots of opportunities to grow and learn. We also work with great clients that push us to be better, challenge us and support our learning.
Cons
- A scale up company is not for everyone. There is a lot of change, mostly for the better, sometimes unclear decision makers and fast paced. We pivot and learn, and that can be stressful for some. But for those that thrive in those kind of environments it is fun and a great challenge. - Benefits could be better, but competitive pay.
