1. Very inclusive culture 2. There are 2 parts of our technology stack, the legacy is legacy but everything new is being made on AWS with the best of technology 3. Regular feedback 4. Failure are celebrate as long as we learn from it 5. Flat hierarchy

1. Most of the employment agreement is base on hotel working, so what that means is that people working in tech are modeled around it. 2. Technology is sometimes put in second place
