Clueless management - a whole board of directors who haven’t developed a single property between them
Enormous staff turnover
They have zero funds for any new development and are borrowing from Peter to pay Paul. Inevitably the house of cards will collapse soon
Blame culture with senior staff only taking responsibility for successes
The two MDs more interested in picking up big salaries than doing any actual development and hide behind creating silly systems and processes

No organisation, no idea how to run an estate agent's. Misogyny, lack of communication, lack of organisation, too many cooks! Awful package, no sick pay, maternity, etc
