Horrible work hours. No work/life balance. Management is unethical and dishonest, and upper management does nothing to change this. All about numbers, doesn't care about employees. Don't trust anything that comes from the mouth of the campus manager or market director at the South Charlotte campus. Looks great from the outside, but rotten inside.
