Pros
Remote work is a pro
Cons
What they pay for entry level positions is less than minimum wage in some areas. Started at $26,000 per year. The job sounded relatively easy, flexible, and stress-free, so I took it because losing a job during COVID made me desperate for work. For the amount of demand and stress associated with this job, $30/hr pay should be the minimum. My supervisor and role changed at least three times during six months, resulting in much more work than I was originally told. This made the whole thing feel like a bait and switch scam. I was told I'd be doing one thing and ended up doing something totally different for much less pay than other similar jobs would pay. Avoid at all costs.
