The Worst Job I've Ever Had - Bookkeeper Streamlined Business Solutions Employee Review

Thank you for the review. In most circumstances I choose to disregard items such as this yet there are so many discrepancies here I could not pass up the opportunity. I am personally reminded that our collective efforts to grow a world class business will only be criticized by those who will continue to do less than us and never by those doing more than us. The negativity displayed here only fuels my desire to be better, grow more and continue to create opportunity for employees who want more for themselves. Our 5,200 sq ft office is comprised of 30+ cubicles and 9 private offices with glass doors. Cubicles are 4x4 or 6x6 and have plenty of storage space and lighting, including uppers. Unfortunately there is no covered parking. Employees make up nearly 70% of the Operating Costs of our business. Between salaries, employee morale, taxes, health premiums, 401k matches and other items - I would beg to differ that the comment regarding all the 'Money you bring in' is a truthful comment. In fact, the 'arms full of shopping bags' are 100% for the employees - please feel free to reference our Facebook page and celebratory pictures each month revolved around our staff. These 'shopping bags' are a small token of our appreciation for those who continue to support our collective goals. The affection behind closed doors is super comical and provided me with the highlight of this post and an insight to your imagination. We are a husband & wife team who have separate rolls growing this business and am fortunate to have someone who is trustworthy by my side. If you work for us you know we are a Christian family who love one another and our family. You will ALWAYS see me opening the door for my wife, carrying anything for her or asking her if she needs anything. I personally hope our peers and staff can have as strong a marriage as we have created. Nonetheless, we wish you personal continued success in all of your future endeavors!
