Cons

Regularly breaks every UAE labor law without any consequences whatsoever. Forced unpaid leave, forced unpaid overtime, forced 6 day work weeks, deductions are frequent and ridiculously expensive, employees charged for things out of their control, inept managment, greed, office politics, absentee stingy chairman, greedy and conniving coward of a deputy chairmen. The most inept c-suite I've ever seen. The most selfish hod team I've ever seen. The most toxic and stressful work environment I've ever experienced.

Very systematic, organized. Clearly a top company with many good things going for it.

-International working environment -Opportunity for foreign travel

Cons

Absolutely the most unethical company that I've ever seen. Employees are not paid for months while the CEO buys new yachts. The corporate culture is underhanded and cutthroat. The CEO is an absolute narcissist and is frequently arrested for not paying suppliers. The company is routinely in the news for violating UN and other export restrictions.
