No sense of job security whatsoever, and then they fire people out of the blue with no prior warning, no matter how many years you've worked there

Pros

it's good. it can be a stepping stone for you to get a gist of how the customer service industry works even though it's a non-voice job. it's going to be beneficial if you're planning to switch to a BPO company in the future since the workload here includes chat and email support

Cons

it's the stress that u get from the users, i guess
