Pros

A well established respected company with a small company, family feel where the CEO knows everyone by name. Great direct manager and hands on leadership. Work hard and you will be rewarded. Open floor atmosphere where you can get to know everyone no matter what department they're in. New hire training was also solid for employees just coming into the industry. Strive's industry leading technology also sets them apart from the rest! Company does a great job to incorporate intra office and out of office activities to boost employee moral.

Cons

Yes, can be stressful at times, but have to maintain a positive attitude!

Pros

Young company average age around 27, with plenty of recent graduates. Good place to start entry level out of college to make friends. They have many happy hours, and encourage drinking in/out of office. There are some good managers that care for the growth of their employees.

Cons

There is no set strategy for company or career growth. They do not promote the proper people, and getting a raise is extremely difficult. Turnover is extremely high in an industry that is not too interesting to most, and must do a better job in retaining the talent that they already have. When they do hire, it is usually for quantity and not quality. Many of the top employees have left in search of better jobs due to lack of incentives. No 401k matching yet either. Good place to start your career and make friends ], but would not advise to stay here long term. Extremely hard to get answers and action from management in a company this size.
