      Pros

      Standard benefits such as pension etc. You also get Friday afternoons off which is a bonus.

      Cons

      Quite an old fashioned company with slow processes and not very forward thinking. Could really do with some modern management and a change in culture. No bonus as they have to please investors. Very long hours Monday to Thursday at 8 - 5:30 as standard
