      Pros

      When I came on I was an Area Director in MD. I was one of 30 AD in the company and I published a magazine in Havre de Grace, MD. That was 2009 and we had a blast trying to figure out what worked and what flopped. Twelve years later here I am in leadership helping AD all over the Gulf Coast States implement what we discovered 12 years ago. I truly love what I do and love the people I work with.

      Cons

      One of the cons folks have is there are lots of varying responsibilities in the AD role but I have always loved wearing different hats.
