It was fun to work with the other teams. The clients are top-notch and you do have opportunities to work on creative projects.

The production area is great to look at but the air quality is toxic. The warehouse where occasionally the warehouse staff burns carpet (I believe it is to cut it) reeks of burnt adhesive. There does not seem to be adequate ventilation. As a designer, you are not allowed to use any of the work that you do for your portfolio.

Diverse, friendly group of people. Opportunities for professional development with the company is available.

Micromanaged environment. Very controlling manager. Poor internal communication. Poor leadership. Over-worked employees. Very limited access to tools that are needed to get the job done efficiently. Decisions are made without thourough research. Workflow is not as efficient as it should be.
