Pros

- Love working the hybrid schedule. Allows for great collaboration in the office as well as needed quiet time to focus at home. - Senior leadership truly cares about there employees. In my time here, leadership works effortlessly to make sure employees are happy. From small gestures such as bagels/donuts weekly to big cookouts and gatherings monthly, they are always searching for ways to celebrate the employees who take care of them. Even utilizing slack channels to celebrate daily victories or recognizing employees outstanding work. - Utilizing AI. Strongmind is an AI first company and it shows. Allowing engineers to use cutting edge software to help deliver an outstanding product keeps them on the cutting edge of the industry. - Amazing onsite gym which I utilize daily. - No micro managing

Pros

StrongMind was founded by a true entrepreneur who still leads the company today, and that mindset shows up across the organization. Employees have real autonomy in how they work, and ideas are welcomed from every level. It feels like an all-hands-on-deck environment where people can make an impact. The mission is clear and meaningful. There is a strong focus on supporting students and families, which helps guide decisions and keeps internal politics low. The culture is positive and supportive. People are kind, collaborative, and leadership makes an effort to keep employees engaged and connected.

Cons

Like many growing organizations, there are times when priorities evolve quickly as new opportunities emerge. This can occasionally require teams to adjust focus or shift between initiatives. As the company continues to grow, there are opportunities to further streamline processes and maintain consistency across teams.
