Pros
- Their are legit good people working here, although you can tell they are slowly dying on the inside. - Snacks and a decent office.
Cons
- Company spends a lot of money but never on anything that would actually improve their product or culture. - Leadership team is toxic and this bleeds down to the managers and employees daily. People are afraid to speak up as others have lost their jobs just for disagreeing. So most just keep quiet and say what they need to say to survive. Be mindful of interactions with the managing director (the source of much toxicity). - Lots of 'boys club' politics and decisions made to encourage micromanaging.
