Great collaboration with many department heads. Everyone is very kind to each other and friendly. Leadership has made some great changes to some benefits and also reinvested into their people. Work is challenging but also rewarding. Company is always looking ahead with forward thinking and innovation for the students, families and teachers. All the teams are now transparent and not siloed so we there is more accountability. Main school Primavera is improving on grade and only adding more talented mission driven people to help students & families.

Health insurance provider not the best but decent. The pay could be better or bonus opportunities for some positions. Negativity from media on Charter Status.
