The founders, Rusty and Kevin are great to be around. The work environment is based off teamwork and is a great place to learn about the construction industry.

The company needs to expand.

- Good people to work for - employee owned - good upward mobility - there is freedom to try new things and as long as you are performing, there is very little micromanaging from upper levels

- They run very lean on staffing so a lot of the promises made to owners fall on very few people with limited resources to deliver. - There is a lack of accountability for people that don’t pull their weight. Some people only work a few hours a day and others refuse to do what is expected of them. Management knows who these people are but nothing changes and these people continue to skate by.
