Pros
Awesome culture; feels like a family; everyone is encouraged to provide ideas to solve problems. The company and leadership truly believes in collaboration, teamwork and excellence. There is a lot of room for growth at Structural Group's corporate office. Structural Group is the HQ to 3 business lines (PULLMAN, STRUCTURAL, and Structural Technologies) and all the business lines are well-managed and interact closely with my team at the Structural Group HQ.
Cons
Company is sometimes slow to improve benefits, but have recently made a huge upgrade to our vacation and time off policy. It would be great if the company could increase the current 401(k) match and also provide contribution to the Health Savings Accounts that our employees are able to contribute to.
