Pros

When you spend a third of your time with coworkers, it's important that you get along with them. Luckily everyone is friendly and helpful. Friendly faces are around every corner, and you won't have a hard time finding someone to play a round of pool with over lunch or talking about the latest tech or gaming news. A customer service focused company who shows equal concern with employee morale. If your staff is happy, the clients they service will be too. Free snacks and sodas, coffee, even lunches, are the norm. Annual events like trips and company meals and outings are popular when we meet big goals. Coming from working at huge conglomerates before here, it was a welcome relief to get more time off at a medium sized company than at the big corporations, and scheduling that time is a breeze as well. Management and various teams do a good job of regularly communicating with each other. Regular meetings help teams stay on target, and weekly newsletter lets you know what other teams are working on. Staff are regularly recognized for achievements like sales goals, completing projects, exceeding expectations, and annual reviews (don't be surprised to see cake or balloons when someone hits a big anniversary). Modern health care (I can even talk to nurses online before going to urgent care to get an RX) and 401K with company contributions (that continues to grow) are some extra benefits that match or exceed what other local NV businesses off.

Cons

It's hard to find anything to complain about. Generic non-company specific gripes about office life will exist at any company, but the people and products are both solid.

Pros

People are friendly, good work life balance. Good management. Company has a solid business model with good and steady revenue.

Cons

No major cons I can think of. Only thing I can think of is limited career development after you reach a certain level but this is true for virtually all small to mid sized companies such as this one so not really a con.

Pros

Work environment was laid back and not much got done most days so no real pressure to perform.

Cons

Benefits sucked, upper management are a group of misogynistic millennials who care less about support or morals, almost all of our clients were pissed about the way the spoftware functioned and they way they are treated, Overall toxic work environment and Noah was not involved with most of it so I can even support the CEO.
