This agency has attracted talented people over the years who produce good, thoughtful and creative work. Their focus is oil and gas. Effort was made (usually by the tech department) to organize social activities. Nice office space.

It was a punch-the-clock office with up-and-down agency job insecurity, limited loyalty. The founder sometimes lost his temper, and female staff left because of it. Its directors have a track record of burning their business partners. To advance much requires leaving.

Good benefit package and wonderful employees.

Management is not overly communicative with expectations and leaves no room to properly onboard / train employees. Growth is limited.
