Collegial faculty Supportive Administration Students who (overall) love their school, are kind to one another, are respectful Cool educational initiatives Good benefits The great community and culture of the school outweigh the lower salaries
Cons
Salaries - wish they were higher, but .orgs are not known for high salaries enrollment - people are missing out on a great school too many "support staff" some departments are overstaffed and not reaching goals - funnel that money to faculty where there is a high level of satisfaction with consumers
