Pros
Training is well done and all of the managers are helpful. If you know what you're doing with a camera then you'll probably get decent work.
Cons
The pay is just ok and the work has periods of being very busy and periods of being non-existent. You'll have to get up quite early most days and no matter where you live, often times your job will be a 40-60 minute drive.
