Pros
When I joined the organization I was welcomed with open arms into not only the company but into my portfolio and my property. I knew immediately this was where I wanted to be and that I had mad the right choice to join the StuartCo team. At StuartCo you are not just a person, you are part of a larger team that is set up for success, personally and professionally. Our mission, vision and values all correspond with who we are and what we as an organization want to be known and associated with. As an asset manager, I manage not only my community but my residents and staff as they are all assets to us, not just the property. They teach you that it all coincides with one another, a happy resident is not only more likely to stay but they are more likely to refer a friend and in turn treat the community better, reducing wear and tear, reducing your costs not just in wear and tear but turn over and in turn increasing you NOI. A happy team member is more likely to go out of their way to help a resident, increasing the residents experience, and so on and so forth... and in turn helping increasing demand/want for the property allowing us to push the market on rates.
Cons
in my current position, I see very little con's, if any... really, my only issue has been Portfolio Director turnover and even then that's not really an issue for me.
