      Working with the residents and it was close to home.

      Cons

      They don't value their employees and their HR Department will stab you in the back.

      Pros

      The headquarters office was great! I really enjoyed working for the HR team there. Everyone else I ever interacted with was very pleasant as well, including management for other properties.

      Cons

      I wasn't there long enough to experience anything really negative. It was a little tough at one time due to some turnover in the office, but that had been righted by the time I left.

      Disorganized management from top down and low pay (normal for property management). No culture.
